No. Keys Training focuses on Microsoft, administration and management skills training. We do not provide Driver CPC, vehicle-specific or transport-compliance training.
Can training be scheduled around depot shift patterns?
Yes, we regularly schedule half-day and bitesize sessions around shift changeovers and dispatch times so operations aren’t disrupted.
How much does transport and logistics staff training cost?
In-house Microsoft 365 and Copilot courses start from £695 + VAT for up to 8 attendees. Business and management skills courses start from £845 + VAT. Public course places start from £325 + VAT per person.
Can training be delivered across multiple depots or sites?
Yes, we can visit multiple depots individually or bring planning and office staff together remotely via Teams.
Can management training help supervisors newly promoted from the warehouse floor?
Yes, our Management Skills for Emerging Managers course is aimed at first-time supervisors, including those promoted from warehouse or depot roles.
How many staff can attend a course?
Group sizes are flexible, from 1-to-1 coaching for a new supervisor up to 20 delegates for a classroom-style session.
Do you offer discounts for multi-depot bookings?
