Questions L&D teams ask us
Is policyholder data kept confidential during training?
Yes. Trainers work with anonymised or sample data during exercises unless you choose to use your own, and any materials shared with us are treated in confidence.
Can training be delivered to a distributed claims or underwriting team?
Yes, remote training via Microsoft Teams works well for teams spread across different offices or working from home.
How much does insurance sector staff training cost?
In-house Microsoft 365 and Copilot courses start from £695 + VAT for up to 8 attendees. Customer service and management courses start from £845 + VAT. Virtual classroom days are around £645 + VAT for up to 4 attendees.
Can customer service training reflect difficult claims calls?
Yes, tailoring is included. Your trainer will discuss real call scenarios – including difficult or emotional claims conversations – before the course.
How long are the courses?
Most courses run as a full day (9:30am to 4:30pm) or a half-day. Bitesize 90-minute sessions are also available for a single focused topic.
How many staff can attend a course?
Group sizes are flexible, from 1-to-1 coaching up to around 20 delegates for a classroom-style session.
Do you offer discounts for multiple courses?
Yes. Book five or more courses on a single purchase order and arrange them across the next 12 months at a discounted rate.
Which insurance businesses have you worked with?
We’ve delivered training for insurers and underwriters, insurance brokers, claims handling teams and managing general agents across the UK.
