About the Team Building course

This one-day instructor-led course has been designed to support attendees in the skills needed to develop effective teams. By the end of the day they will understand the basis of teams, team roles and team dynamics, and how these factors can be managed to achieve the best results. Practical sessions provide the confidence to put that understanding to work back at the office.

Yes. The in-house fee covers delivery at your premises or as a live online class via Microsoft Teams – same trainer, same content, same materials.

What is the actor-led option?
